The theme for the 2012 Summer Reading Program is...Get a Clue At Your Library

Children are encouraged to attend our programs to increase their interest in reading and to help them explore their imaginations during their summer vacations.

Every summer hundreds of local children participate in this popular program at all three branches of the Hutchinson County Libray: Borger, Fritch and Stinnett.

The fun will start the first week in June. There will be special programs throughout the summer along with refreshments and door prizes.  We will also offer reading incentives for the kids who turn in their reading logs. We want their hard work and continued reading to be rewarded. At our Final Program, the winners of the bookmark contest and candy count contests will be announced.
