The Harrington Library Consortium User’s Group (HUG) is comprised of libraries, which have purchased “full membership” with the Harrington Library Consortium (HLC) through their parent organization, institution, or government entity. Full membership is defined as any site which circulates online using the HLC product.

HUG is as diverse as is HLC with members from public libraries, public school libraries (K-12), Community College Libraries, University Libraries, Central Media support services, and the Texas Panhandle Library System. With this diverse membership HUG has made its major objective the establishment of channels of communication and promotion of cooperation between HUG, its members, and HLC.
