Movie Licensing USA is the licensing agent for most major motion picture studios. This service allows libraries and schools to legally show copyrighted movies. The licensing provides peace of mind in knowing your school or library is copyright compliant. Available to all HLC schools and public libraries.

TumbleBooks
Subscription to TumbleBooks, provides unlimited access to TumbleBook Library, which is an online collection of animated, talking picture books which teach young children the joys of reading in a format they'll love. TumbleBooks are created by taking existing picture books, adding animation, sound, music and narration to produce an electronic picture book which you can read, or have read to you. The collection can be accessed on-line from the library with Internet connection, or from home through the library website. The TumbleBook Library is a collection of licensed titles from children's book publishers such as Scholastic, Chronicle Books, Candlewick Press, Harcourt, Walker and Company and others. Available to all HLC Cardholders.

OverDrive Audio Books
Downloadable digital audio books are available to all HLC card holders in. Web-based service enables the secure distribution of digital audio books. Media will play on your PC, laptop, portable devices or a copy CD. Each site will determine how they will handle in-house downloading. Available by remote access using an HLC card.
